I think the dog made the video....although the car crash at the start with the balloons coming out of the trunk was the reason I continued to keep watching.

I had full mouth dental implants placed in 2011. I was having difficulty with them and my ENT initially found an implant sticking out the inside of my nose. Since then, I found out there are actually 3 implants misplaced coming out the inside of my nose. I have had multiple severe infections from this and now have a lot of bone and tissue loss requiring surgery. The implants need to come out and I need bone graph surgery. Multiple other health issues have also appeared. I hired a lawyer who ended up sitting on my case for almost 2 yrs. I've called multiple times asking them to return or give me a copy of my paperwork. My messages are not responded to no matter how I even beg for them. It's been over 2 months now and my last call was responded to finally threatening me with harassment. I think the paperwork has been lost. I need a new lawyer and I need to get my paperwork back. Time is running out to file a claim. This problem was first discovered on July 3, 2014. Can anyone help me?

Hi Kristin, I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. I would recommend locating a new attorney using Avvo's Legal Directory. You can search by practice area as well as location to find one close to you. Avvo profiles contain an attorney’s experience as well as client and peer reviews. Many offer free consultations, so be sure to ask if you decide to contact them on your own or through Avvo. Here’s the link to get started on your search: http://www.avvo.com/find-a-lawyer I hope this is helpful.

Are there any lawsuits against the Depo Shot? This shot has caused my hair to start falling out, very very heavy periods that last more than 6 months, bad abdominal cramping, etc. I need to know if there are any lawyers taking on lawsuits for the Depo Shot.

Sue: Sounds like you have several legal questions that would be best answered by a lawyer in our free Q&A forum. Lawyers do not provide advice through our blog, but they do in the forum -- usually within 12 hours. All questions are open to answers for seven days. You can post your questions here when you're ready: http://www.avvo.com/ask-a-lawyer. You can also browse previously asked questions and lawyer answers, or read legal guides that may answer your questions, here: http://www.avvo.com/free-legal-advice. I hope this is helpful!

I traded my 2010 Camry Toyota w 49000 miles for a 2015 jeep compass lease.
I drove the jeep compass for weekend, wasn't roomy enuf, decided to take it back to dealer and get bigger auto. I was told the salesman who sold me the jeep, was on vacation, and to come back in week. I did, at that time I had put 1300 miles on it.
The salesman said I could trade it in for larger jeep, as he showed me.
I signed the contract for a jeep Cherokee 2015. I seen the cost for the Cherokee was $560 a month. At the time I didn't know that my Toyota Camry already gone, and they did not give me credit for it with Cherokee. I just realized it in November of 2015
And I asked the dealer for compensation, which he refused.
I then went to ohio atty gen office and told them of the situation. They have written
The dealer, and supposedly the finance co. In dec 2015.
Haven't heard anything yet. I'm willing to buy the Cherokee, but not continue to pay $560 a month. I stopped payments on it as of dec 2015. I am 78 yrs old and believe they took advantage of a senior citizen, a vet.
Is there a solution??

I submitted a negative feedback for the attorney handling my Workman's Comp case. (which I did and still feel is justified). Upon learning of it, I began to get good communication from the attorney. Then suddenly.......actually months later..Avvo incidence me that they dropped my comment. Now I'm back to no communication and pretty shabby treatment. Avvo never gave me a reason.

I think it's very sad and disturbing that you feature a dog who has an obvious disability (probably a wry jaw, probably due to poor breeding in a puppy mill), with the tagline "Public intoxication." It's mean-spirited more than it is cute. And I say that because I have a wry-jawed dog who could be Marnie's sister--and may well be.
Please consider.
Thank you.

Hi Gene, thanks for your comment. Marnie The Dog is an internet celebrity, with over a million Instagram followers, and by all accounts is happy and well-cared for after a rough past. With her fame and celebrity status, we thought she could handle a little light fun. You can read more about her on her Wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marnie_(dog)), as well as her personal website (http://marniethedog.com/). Thanks!
