On February 9th, Avvo introduced “Avvo Legal Services,” an enhancement of their online shopping experience that includes newly bundled options to help consumers more easily find and hire attorneys in their area. Available via desktop, tablet or phone, the new service covers routine legal scenarios for business, family and immigration, with fixed-price offerings starting at $39 for a 15-minute advice session or $149 for a document review.
Avvo Legal Services offers consumers an easy way to efficiently handle common legal scenarios, such as:
- Getting advice from a small business attorney on understanding the process for starting a business
- A document review with an immigration attorney to evaluate a citizenship application
- A review of a separation agreement by a lawyer, to ensure the terms are equitable
The new options also include premium services incorporating both offline and online services, such as the ability to file for uncontested divorce, complete with a local family lawyer available to guide the process. Consumers can select the attorney and the service, most of which are provided within one business day of purchase.
Avvo Legal Services is built upon the success of Avvo Advisor, which enables people to connect with the first available attorney in their area for a 15-minute advice session.
At launch, the new products are available in 18 states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin). Additional geographies, practice areas, and service offerings will become available in the coming months. All legal services come with a satisfaction guarantee.

Brandon, look for an ALTERNATIVE doctor who specializes in drug addiction. Conventional doctors only PRESCRIBE drugs, and when you want off, they may seem to be helping you, but they are not interested in getting you OFF prescription drugs, only getting you ON them, we have found out. That is one reason we have stopped seeing conventional doctors. There are places dedicated to helping those who are addicted to such as Klonopin, but be careful. Make sure they are ALTERNATIVE, so that they will be compassionate, as well as truly help the patient with the withdrawal effects, which are sometimes worse than the side effects! Get married, and don't live in adultery, and ask the Lord for help in this matter. Will pray for your endeavors.

Drop her. Especially if you have no children with her. Sounds like more than what you need in your life.

My fiancé stopped taking Klonopin two year ago at my request .
It has been a night mare. She has had memory lose, completely ,no intimacy
Her nose/sinces run all the time we can't go anywhere .So I took her to see a nose/ throat specialist, it's been almost eight months and after reviewing her medical record
More ,we were told ,to stop the problem with her nose .put her back on low dose Klonopin . This is a frickin joke
My ? Is there anything that can be done. I don't see a beautiful future only suffering.

It sounds like you have several legal questions that would be best answered by a lawyer in our free Q&A forum. Lawyers do not provide advice through our blog, but they do in the forum -- usually within 12 hours. All questions are open to answers for seven days. You can post your questions here when you're ready: http://www.avvo.com/ask-a-lawyer. You can also browse previously asked questions and lawyer answers, or read legal guides that may answer your questions, here: http://www.avvo.com/free-legal-advice. I hope this helps.
