Top Law Firm Embraces Site
Seattle, Wash — Avvo Inc. (www.avvo.com), the only website that rates and profiles every lawyer, today announced international law firm Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has claimed the Avvo Profiles of all of its 225 Washington State–based attorneys. Davis Wright Tremaine claimed these profiles using Avvo’s “Firm Claim” feature.
Avvo’s Firm Claim feature allows multi-lawyer law firms to claim their lawyers’ profiles in one easy step. Firms can then choose to have the individual attorneys or an administrator maintain the Avvo Profiles. Claiming a profile on Avvo is free and enables attorneys to enhance their online presence with potential clients and search engines. Once an Avvo Profile is claimed, the lawyer or an administrator can update it with as much information as they want, as often as they want. Lawyers with claimed profiles may also endorse other lawyers, and can participate in Avvo Answers, a legal questions and answers forum that allows lawyers to demonstrate their expertise to potential clients and enhance their visibility on Avvo.com.
